Dear Senator

Dear Senator,

As a result of your voting record, especially in light of the letter you sent to me, pasted below, you have been placed on the list of the Great American Tea Party to be targeted for a nationwide effort to finance whomever is your opponent in the your next reelection bid. You need to be aware of the consequences of your actions,

Your continued efforts to bail out corporations, vote for stimulus plans, raise taxes, and increase spending exponentially by supporting president Obama's $3.8 trillion budget is in direct opposition to the people of the United States. When we voted for change, we were not told we would change into a socialist democracy along the model of European countries. That is precisely what we are becoming, and in just four short months. We are experiencing a daily assault on our liberties by you personally, and all of Congress.

We will take back control of the House in 2010 by electing representatives who have the good sense and patriotic notions to listen to the people's voices. By 2012, there will be a groundswell revolution along the lines of the Reagan years in the 1980s. History tells us what must be done. No country in the history of mankind has prospered while growing government and taking a fascist view of private enterprise. Why then would you and your cronies believe the 21st century to be any different. You are totally out of control. Your actions are reprehensible and you will pay the price of humiliating defeat. If you think the NRA was successful in the 90s, you have seen nothing, The Tea Party movement, along with the Constitutional Emergency members are the fastest growing group of activists ever seen in any democratic country in the history of man. You are one of our primary targets.

The United States Government now owns General Motors, Chrysler, AIG, all 39 major banks, who knows how many insurance companies, and you are about to take control of and destroy the greatest health system in the world. Your threat to implement a cap and tax plan, also along the European model is outrageous. If you believe you can tax the country out of a depression, you are not only a traitor to your position as a U.S. Senator, you are intellectually immature, at the very best. We do not need the government involved in the business of America. The government is for maintaining infrastructure, defending the country from foreign enemies, and executing laws in line with the constitution of the people.

The 111th Congress is failing on all counts. N Korea and Iran are thumbing their noses in our face as the president apologizes for America, where no apology is needed. The Koran is available for all to read. Muslims intend to destroy us and our way of life, and we are playing right into their hands. Have you not paid attention to what has happened in France and Great Britain with regard to Muslim activists and terrorism? Our roads, bridges, water, and sewer lines are crumbling, while the $787 billion in stimulus funds has allocated only about 15% of the total for infrastructure, the rest being spent slowly on entitlement programs. There is nothing stimulative about that bill. Now you are about to allocate another $20 billion to the highway fund, in spite of the failures of the stimulus act. You not only refuse to see that the laws of the land are enforced along our southern border, you are now participating in a witch hunt to persecute the one law enforcement officer in the country who is actually enforcing the border laws. The sheriff in AZ not only has to deal with illegal immigrants that the federal government refuses to prosecute, he must now fight the justice department and Congress.

What exactly are you doing in the Senate that is positive for America? I submit nothing, absolutely nothing, and as such you will incur the wrath of the American people suddenly organized and funded by ourselves to stop the atrocities the federal government is inflicting on our constitution and We, the people!

You sir, are therefore fired! The elections are coming!

Steve Shirk
