Point of No Return

It took but a few hours yesterday for literally thousands of people to congregate outside the hospital where pop legend Michael Jackson died. This when possibly the most destructive legislation in the history of America is about to passed by the House of Representatives today, and no one is congregating to protest.

President Obama has usurped the American government, taking it away from the people, defied the constitution, and ignored governmental policy in effect for decades. The President appoints a CZAR, or a special envoy, to every position with any power and decision making capability. The Senate has no method for approving these CZARS, nor do they have legal oversight. At the same time, those cabinet members who have gone through the Senate approval process are present in name and figurehead status only. To wit, Hillary Clinton, the Secretary of State, who has virtually no role in the middle East, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, or anywhere else on earth that makes a difference.

The Cap and Trade, or Cap and Tax legislation is going to be rammed down the throats of the House today by Nancy Pelosi, or Queen Nancy as she is now known to be. Obama has given her his full support in crafting legislation that will result in more than $300 a month in additional expense, (read, tax) for the average American family. The mainstream media is in the tank with these traitorous democrats, who have decided amongst themselves, to finance their huge government plans with a tax on all fuel in the United States.

For those of you who may not fully understand, this includes a tax on all gasoline, diesel fuel, electricity, coal, natural gas, and even more importantly, every product that requires one of these carbon emitting fuels to manufacture any product. To do so, they have determined themselves that the carbon is a leading cause of global warming. This when there is no scientific proof that global warming even exists, in the form purported by Al Gore, when carbon emissions have not been proven to make a significant contribution to global warming, assuming it does exist, and when the united States, assuming the truth of both global warming and carbon emission negative effects, makes less than 5% of the overall contribution to carbon pollution. In fact, humans expel carbon dioxide when expelling our very breath. In any event, we pale in comparison to China and India. Nothing we do will make one whit of difference, while we penalize our citizens, and virtually ensure the loss of what few manufacturing jobs we have left in the United States.

It will be much cheaper for any business to manufacture their products in China or elsewhere and have the products shipped to their respective markets, than to pay the ever increasing tax on carbon emission.
Nancy Pelosi and Obama have been able to get enough support for this legislation by pushing out the real punitive taxes until 2020, and giving certain special interests a pass of paying the tax, particularly big corporation farms That in no way ensures they won’t pull the taxes up next month, next year, or especially in four years, assuming Obama wins a second term, god forbid.

It is deflating to me that thousands of Americans would walk to downtown LA and stand in the heat to wait for word of Michael Jackson, while virtually no one is out front protesting this assault the government is perpetrating on its’ citizens. Americans and the mainstream media have been mesmorized the past two days with Jackson, and the sexual exploits of the governor of South Carolina. This, while our Congress is working on passing 1200 page bills to ruin our lives. It isn’t only the cap and tax bill, Obama has likely won enough support to pass his nationalized health care bill this week as well. Our lives will never be the same again. These two bills will on their own merits turn the United States into a Socialist country. I suppose we already were, since the government owns or controls our financial industry already. The next logical step is of course, medicine and energy. Now that Obama has these two in the bag, the rest is a downhill ride. Even if the media turns on him now, we are past the point of no return.
